Shipping & Returns

We ship most orders in 1-4 business days. We use all the major mail carriers to ship orders including UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service. Customers can specify the carrier of their choice. On occasion there may be unforeseen delays in shipping your order. We will notify you via email if we determine your order will not ship by the timeframe stated. We will deliver international shipping to anywere around the world.

Returns Policy:

M Supply XXI is committed to ensuring that all of our products and services meet the highest quality standards. If any items are received in a damaged condition, please contact us immediately (within 5 days of delivery). We will replace any damaged merchandise or refund the damaged portion of your order.

If you would like to exchange any unopened items, we will exchange them for any other size needed . Please contact our customer service department at admin@msupplystore.com for an EMA (Exchange Merchandise Authorization) number and to discuss the exchange. Returns without an EMA number will not be accepted. Returned items must be in their original packaging, unopened, and in good condition in order to be replaced.
